Langley

The City of Langley is located along the central western border, neighbouring both the Township and Surrey. It has a population of around 25,000 people living in over 11,800 homes. It is comprised of six major communities: Nicomeki, Douglas, Simonds, Blacklock, Alice Brown, and Uplands.

The area is also known as the Horse Capital of B.C., home to dozens of world-class equestrian facilities and programs. Both the city and the township are serviced by the Langley School District #35.

Surrey

Surrey is BC's second largest city and the 12th largest in Canada, and is located only 35 minutes south east of Vancouver. With a population of 470,000 citizens, Surrey is known for its diversity, blend of landscapes, and friendly community. Visitors world-wide are drawn to its lush green terrain and popular amenities. South of the city is the US state of Washington, a popular recreation and vacation destination for many Surrey homeowners.
